How does sthemE Qualiris work?
The reports provided include performance indicators:
- The assigned value presented in the reports is determined by a robust calculation algorithm. If the statistical dispersion requires it, a Mandel test is performed.*
- The calculation of the participant's Z-score relative to their peer group allows for an assessment of the accuracy of their result and thus an evaluation of their performance.

- Complaints, like any contact from participants, clients, or other parties, are recorded by the Customer Service (hotline). Their handling is based on a classification according to the induced risk, within the shortest possible time. The issuer is kept informed of the actions taken.
